Minimum Order Quantity
Our customers choose us because of our fair and flexible minimum quantities. We offer four levels of pricing:

Lower minimums can be considered as a trial order, at higher price points. Our aim is to delight you - our client. We recognize the need for markups in taking products through the chain to the end user - we therefore deliberately keep our prices low, although stringent quality control practices are maintained. Contact us quoting our reference numbers, market and quantity required for an accurate price quote or order now.

Delivery Schedule
60 days, depending on availability of fabric, hardware and parts. We believe in a relationship of total honesty with our clients and are conscientous about keeping you updated on the shipment status throughout the order period. Smaller orders take 30 days for delivery.

Branding & Packaging
Each handbag comes packed in a clear polybag and can be flat-packed, stuffed or semi-stuffed, depending on your requirement. We can handle all aspects of additional packaging and branding, including production of woven labels, hangtags, branded metal tags and accessories and dust bags. Please provide your specific requirement at the time of order.

Extras
For orders of 100pcs per style or more, we can add your logos, features, accessories, additional pockets, clasps, metal anti-rust coating and more at modest additional charges. Please enquire about your specific requirement at the time of order.

Custom Design
Although we carry an extensive, stylish collection, we recognize that each market is unique and needs are different. We therefore welcome your designs or modifications to our designs. Your individual designs come protected with a copyright guarantee from our company and we will not use or sell your design to another client. We reserve the right however, to use your design as part of our portfolio. While we make every conceivable effort to protect your design, we cannot guarantee against copies being made by other companies/manufacturing units once your bag is released in the market. Samples
Samples can be provided at twice the 300pc cost. This sample charge will be refunded in full upon placement of an order of the same style within 90 days. Buyers are liable for sample production costs and freight charges.

Payment
Fifty percent (50%) deposit required at the time of booking and fifty percent (50%) payable fourteen (14) days prior to shipment. All payments to be made to Topaz Communications Limited. Click here for payment information.

Quality Control
We have stringent quality control practices in place and carefully inspect all products to ensure they meet our required standards. In the case of time differences between initial offers/sample and production orders, there may be a slight difference in goods from samples in terms of fabric, color and/or finish. However, this difference will be no more than 5% and will not affect the quality of the product.
